mBridge Solutions is looking for an IT Recruiter to join their team.
Job Summary:
As an IT Recruiter, your responsibilities will include
Candidate recruitment and retention: Source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking and internal database, etc.
Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent to submit to current and future client base.
Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain on-going contact with IT professionals currently on assignment in order to ensure exceptional customer service.
Maintain relationships with candidates to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and new business opportunities.
Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.
Required Skills and Experience:
Successful track record in recruiting
Experienced with sourcing strategies
Strong work ethic
Sense of urgency and persistence, as well as strong organization and follow up skills, to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent relationship building and communication skills (including written and phone)
Proven track record of success for interviews, submittals and placements
Utilizing established, proven recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract and contract-to-hire employment
Developing their own creative recruiting methods
Screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions
Conducting skills testing, office interviews, reference checks, and background investigations
Presenting job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiating contract terms
Preparing candidates for the client interview process
Building professional relationships with contract employees through meetings and on-site visits
Networking for new business opportunities and referrals
Building dynamic relationships with hiring managers.
Managing the entire hiring process (from sourcing to offer stage) in an efficient and effective manner
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
