New Era Technology is a global IT integrator with 2,500+ employees delivering Collaboration, Cloud, Data Networking, Security, Large Venue, and Corporate AV and Managed Service Solutions to more than 9,000 customers.

We currently have a need for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Global Enterprise Division focused on IT Recruiting in the areas of Cisco Network Engineering, Unified Communications, Systems Engineers, Audio Visual, Security, IT Project Management and various other technologies. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant work experience in a Managed Services Environment recruiting for Cisco Engineers. Position is work from home, preferably on EST.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Management and hiring teams to define open job requirements and recruit highly qualified individuals
  • Create technical job description with limited information and post to ATS as well as various job boards.
  • Source all candidates through ATS, Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, and various other networking tools
  • Full screening of technical candidates (including phone screening, face-to-face interviews, and administering technical skills tests)
  • Coordination of interviews with Technical staff, Account Managers and Client Accounts.
  • Setting up and monitoring WebEx and/or Microsoft Teams interviews
  • Establish contacts with qualified candidates and build long-term relationships.
  • Preliminary salary negotiations

Skills required:

  • Minimum of five years of technical recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (experience recruiting for Cisco Network Engineers, Wireless Engineers, Firewall Engineers, Security Operations, Audio Visual Technicians, Infrastructure, Systems and Project Management positions)
  • Knowledge and experience in all sourcing techniques including internet job boards, ad response, Internet search engines, networking, referrals, headhunting and cold calling
  • Experience in screening, interviewing, closing candidates
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Software, preferably Greenhouse
  • Experience entering candidates into different candidate/ vendor management systems (Beeline, Fieldglass, Taleo, etc)
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Candidate must be capable of communicating effectively, making decisions under pressure and recognizing the need for urgency
