Job Summary:

The individual will work directly under the Senior Vice President of Technology. This individual's responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. This role will require the ability to network online and offline with potential candidates, build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for the department's IT positions / client's needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Flawlessly Execute the full cycle recruiting processes from initial outreach through offer, for highly competitive tech positions (engineering, data science, product) and some healthcare positions
  • Source, screen and engage passive and active candidates through traditional and creative outlets
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with broader recruiting team, and cross-functional internal teams
  • Partner with hiring teams to build and execute effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
  • Partake in weekly meetings, scorecard and metrics, and discussions with leaders to collaborate hiring practices
  • Must be highly skilled and inventive at sourcing high volume and niche Software Development Engineers.
  • Successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize.
  • Must possess experience in client/account management, highly organized, effective communicator, have the ability to prioritize, push back, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, all while being highly customer focused and collaborative.
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences by maintaining low interview-to-offer ratios

Education Necessary for Position:

  • College degree preferred

Experience & Skills Necessary for Position:

  • 1MUST HAVE 5+ Years of technical recruiting experience!
  • Experience working with global recruitment teams and customer needs is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, possess a passion for innovation and technology that drives greater recruitment efficiency and high-quality hires for the company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation

Work Environment:

· This position operates in a professional work/office environment. There is also an ability to work in a remote-work (distributed) environment as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
