Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years previous experience working with the Atlassian Product Suite at Administrator level
  • Expert Proficiency with the Atlassian Suite to include:
    • Confluence
    • Jira Service Desk
    • Jira
    • Jira Align
  • Familiarity in managing Jira and corresponding AddOns
    • ScriptRunner
    • Automation for Jira
    • Jira Atlassian cloud
    • DataPlane
    • Zephyr for Jira
  • Expert Level in Creation, Management, and Maintenance of Dashboards and Filters
  • Expert Level in Administration of Workflows, Schemes, and Custom Fields
  • Expert Level Project Role Administration
  • Expert Level understanding of Jira Permissions
  • Familiarity with Server Administration and tools
    • Particularly in a Clustered Environment
    • Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP)
  • VMware Virtualization
