Encore Technologies is seeking multiple Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Certified) Business Process Consultants for a direct client requirement.

Job Title: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Certified) Business Process Consultants

Location: Remote - Cincinnati, OH

Position type: Contract/Contract to hire

Experience: 5+ years

Must Have Skills: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Certified), Analytics, Business Process Analysis, Business Process Improvement, DMAIC, Minitab, Statistical Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Visio.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering required. Master's degree highly desirable.

Essential Skills: Minimum 5 years' experience leading process improvement efforts with proven ability to drive continuous process improvement of product design, program management, and business processes in the financial services industry.

Demonstrated proficiency with Lean tools/methods, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Visio, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Strong business acumen and ability to build consensus with all business partners.

Proven track record of leading successful change across functional and geographic boundaries

Demonstrated ability to understand and document processes at varying degrees of detail.

Demonstrated experience in initiating, managing, and implementing complex business Transformation projects / programs.

Ability to converse effectively and convincingly with senior management (Enterprise level) about strategic business imperatives.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and multiple engagement teams.

High level of professional and intellectual curiosity, strong facilitation, conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills. Self-confident, results-oriented, persuasive and influential. Understanding of the Banking Industry, its financial components, and the issues facing it.

Team-oriented, flexible, able to motivate people. Highly collaborative and excellent project management skills.

Possesses the conceptual/analytical skills, global perspective, understanding of the risk, regulatory and competitive aspects of the global banking and financial services industry is required.

Possesses a reputation of having high ethical standards.

Strong commitment to growing and developing the community of practice including training, coaching and mentoring.

Strong banking business acumen, understanding the financial components, and regulatory and compliance requirements impacting the financial industry

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Business Process management tools
