Requirements coming w/ experience owners, team define groom and write requirements, understand how it works, coord w/ other teams for dependency
Will work with the technical tech team to write solutions, to build SW
They are using Loan IQ for syndicated lending or commercial lending on servicing side.
Candidates would probably need a minimum of 5 years with loan IQ to have the product knowledge.
- 1st priority is product knowledge of loan IQ
- Agile environment
The Business Systems Analyst must have extensive experience with Loan IQ and will be working with the Product Owner and Scrum Team.
Using your knowledge of Loan IQ you will be addressing business problems and closing technical gaps brought forward by the Product Owner to ensure all Requirements/User Stories are in a consumable state for the Scrum Team.
Responsibilities include:
Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
Ensure requirements/user stories are in a consumable state for backlog grooming; containing the appropriate Acceptance Criteria for Development and Quality Analysts.
Ensure all technical gaps are closed before the user story is reviewed by the Scrum Team through backlog grooming.
Considers the business implications of the application to the current and future business environment.
Accountable for the effectiveness, quality and timeliness of user stories; ensuring the backlog remains full for the Scrum Team to pull work from.
Work with Product Owner to finalize the priority of the work within the backlog, both system and business requirements. Ensuring the backlog remains in line with IT Initiatives.
Support the team during sprinting and estimation, running down any questions that are uncovered.
Active participation through all phases of the project in an Agile Development environment.
Provides linkage and continuity to business units, development, operations and technical support groups in the testing and implementation of recommendations. Acts as an expert technical resource to client and development management and staff in all phases of the development and implementation process.
Works with the SDLC team & to maintain project schedules that consider the priorities, key milestones, time estimates, task sequencing and identification of tasks that may be performed concurrently to achieve objectives.
Partners with Product Owners and Development teams to understand solution design, related deliverables and definition of "done".
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and/or at least six, typically eight years of solid, diverse work experience in IT.
At least 3+ years as a Business or Systems Analyst
5+ years of Loan IQ experience
Commercial lending or Syndicated lending experience
Experience in JIRA a plus
