Job description

Job Brief:

As part of the Global Campaigns team, the Manager, Global Campaigns will own the strategy, execution and optimization of global demand generation campaigns that support our Customer Identity motion. You will work closely with the Solutions and Product Marketing teams to disseminate campaign messaging and create content that supports our go-to-market themes, ensuring that these messages are distributed to the right audiences at the right time across our various marketing channels and global regions. You'll collaborate with channel and regional owners to ensure seamless delivery of fully integrated campaigns that drive awareness, database growth, lead conversion and pipeline creation, and sales acceleration.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage global integrated demand generation campaign strategy through alignment and collaboration with teams across the marketing organization, including solutions marketing, product marketing, media and advertising, analyst, content, creative, social, and regional programs to deliver a unified message to the market.
  • Build relevant content centered around customer problems and use cases that can be leveraged across sales and marketing teams. Shape the strategic direction for the overall campaign. Develop, plan and execute integrated marketing plans across a variety of tactics, including journey mapping, campaign development, content maps, nurture, events, and programs to create a consistent customer experience across all channels.
  • Partner with the internal creative team and external vendors to develop creative concepts, themes and assets to support execution of the campaign.
  • Measure, analyze, report, and optimize the performance of integrated campaigns to ensure maximum ROI across all channels.
  • Communicate campaign findings to marketing leadership, highlighting wins, losses, and opportunities to inform future strategy iteration.
  • Work closely with programs and sales enablement teams to ensure message continuity across the marketing and sales experience, making sure sales teams are armed with the relevant messaging to maximize campaign follow-up impact.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience with 3+ years experience in global demand generation campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams, with strong analytical and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects at once and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders; experience with Asana a plus.
  • Extensive experience working cross-functionally to execute full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns across multiple international regions.
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics and optimization strategies to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce with ability to build, analyze and act on reports.
  • Self-sufficient: can complete tasks and projects independently and within groups with limited management required.
