Job description

Capital Region residential real estate firm seeks a professional, organized and polished individual who can handle both office administration and property marketing coordination. This individual must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment between two different functional areas, marketing and office administration.

At the office administration level, this individual will be able to assist agents and troubleshoot technical difficulties with minimal supervision, while having a strong knowledge of office standard operating procedures and able to implement same.

At the property marketing coordination level, this individual will be responsible for certain corporate marketing initiatives to include print & online advertising, and assisting agents with property marketing.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail, as well as strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills. Real estate experience is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
