Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will support team members in reviewing and finalizing trade activities, conducting daily trade entry reconciliation, and reconciling cash and securities positions. In this role, you will assist with trade confirmation, comparison, and settlement processes, as well as support reporting settlement discrepancies.

Responsibilities

The Operations - Clearance and Settlement - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities

  • Review trade activities to ensure the integrity and timeliness of trades.
  • Assist with reconciling cash and securities positions.
  • Assist with activities related to trade and settlement processes.
Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Desired Experiences
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Manage daily settlement activity for portfolio trading and issuance
  • Monitor systems, group email box and hotline
  • Effectively resolve settlement issues and process exceptions within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Complete daily account reconciliations.
  • Research and resolve security position breaks
  • Provide high level of customer service
  • Assist in updating workflow processes, procedures and job aids
  • Support business as usual (BAU) projects and initiatives. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform implementation tasks (such as business shakeout validations)
