Proof of Covid vaccine and Flu shot required. Looking for candidates who must have Oracle HCM implementation exp. with at least 1 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation lifecycle. Technical/functional exp. preferred. Someone very well versed in Oracle HCM Cloud. Some reporting exp. with OTBI/OBIEE/BO.
Oracle HCM Consultant
This is a new Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. We are in need of an Oracle SME with HCM experience. The correct person will be a Business Analyst with in depth experience in understanding what it takes to upgrade from legacy systems to the latest platforms/modules that Oracle has to offer. Experience with On-prem and cloud Oracle implementations preferred.
Job Responsibilities
-Works with client to understand business requirements, challenges, and acts as the bridge between the client and the implementation partner
-Clearly documents tasks, action items, risks, issues, and tracks them to closure
-Provides insight into the application design to ensure best optimum solutions are provided to the client
-Takes active role in data conversion exercises, working with technical resources from a functional aspect, to help accuracy of data extracts. Takes active role in data validation
-Helps lead change qualifications
-Possess a deep understanding of and have strong skills in Oracle HCM Cloud Core Global HR,
Workforce Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Absence Management. Also great to have Oracle Payroll exposure
-Have completed at least 3 project life cycle engagement in Oracle HCM (Cloud) in a Functional
consultant role
-Must have understanding of setting up Workflows, Areas of Responsibility, and Data Security
-Must have experience configuring OTBI reports
-Reporting experience with OTBI, OBIEE and Business Objects
-Have experience working with technical resources through data conversions and integrations
design. Taking active part in mapping exercises, validating data, and providing clarity to technical resources on proper logic for extraction of data
-Must have experience in leading an individual track on a cloud HCM implementation
-Be able to identify risks, issues, process change
-Must have excellent documentation skills
-Have a positive, dynamic and flexible attitude
-Be able to work well as part of a mixed team including Functional Consultants, Project Managers and Technical Consultants
-Display a passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of their ability
-Display persistence to complete tasks and the rigor to ensure the solutions are thoroughly tested
-Is able to accurately estimate the time necessary for the delivery of work
-Having excellent English language communication skills are a must
Additional Desirable Skills:
-Wider experience of HR processes from a business context
-Experience of other Oracle Cloud modules including: Learning , Benefits, Talent Management or Helpdesk.
-Oracle Cloud certifications would be an advantage
-Experience of Kronos integration with Oracle
