Job description

Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Support Consultant

Duration: 6 months

Location: 100% Remote (But must work Pacific time zone)

Position can be remote but individual must work Pacific Timezone

They have a ticketing based model

This candidate is expected to resolve 2-3 tickets per day

This candidate will be working with Oracle customers who have already implemented Oracle HCM payroll module and are live.

Basically, tis post implementation issues that this candidate needs to fix

Requirement

Solid past implementation experience as Techno-Functional Oracle HCM payroll expert

Good Functional knowledge and technical knowledge of how the payroll process flows

Work with Operations team to give them knowledge on the tool and resolve issues internally

Look at the tickets and issues and should be able to figure out if its a database issues or system issue etc


The Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant will be responsible be ensuring customer's are implemented with best practices and issues resolved on their Oracle's Fusion solution.

As the Senior Consultant, you will work with SaaS Cloud Operation to understand their business processes, provide solutions based on product and consultative expertise, and drive resolution on Payroll issues.

Key Areas of Responsibility
· Lead issue resolution for Payroll issues, Help Operations teams in functional knowledge.
· Understand Oracle's Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements
· Understand and Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solution
· Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the cloud solution
· Support the Customers during all phases of testing, production cutover, and post-go-live
· Supporting the Operations teams and Customers with any data migration efforts
· Assist Operations and Customer support teams in implementing best practices running HCM Applications.
· Proactively look at customer payroll template and provide suggestions.
Knowledge Base / Skills
An ideal candidate must have full life cycle implementation of at least two Payroll Cloud implementations

· Experience implementing Oracle HCM payroll solution
· Experience in implementing HCM SaaS applications
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
· Experience with multiple HCM modules a plus
