Oracle Cloud Order Management Consultant
6 months plus
Remote. May be some minimal travel. TBD
This highly motivated and qualified individual will help lead, develop and grow a successful consulting team focused on the digital transformation of supply chain focused on Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay business disciplines. This role will actively work on customer engagements providing business process expertise, change management, Cloud systems know-how and project management to successfully deliver supply chain/ ERP projects. They will lead cross-functional teams and implementation of cloud-based value chain solutions to deliver maximum value to our customers. This includes working closely with consulting leadership and business development to identify and exploit market opportunities to grow the practice.
Job Requirements:
• Lead supply chain, Order Management and Procurement value assessments for clients - assessing and benchmarking supply chain performance and providing strategic advisory services
• Solves complex supply chain, Order Management and Procurement challenges - responsible for architecting the overall process design using proven business process management techniques and principles
• Leads process design and implementation aspect of engagements ensuring high quality, integrated business and software solutions within constraints of time and budget
• Demonstrates leadership in transforming client business processes leveraging digital and cloud technologies while navigating change management issues to implement cutting ERP solutions
• Interacts with the key stakeholders and business owners to map Oracle Order Management and Procurement Cloud applications aligned with leading business processes and conduct gap/impact analysis
• Effectively works with the solution/functional team, where necessary, to deliver successful solutions for clients
• Successfully delivers the client as a reference for Inspirage services, speak at public forums and refer Inspirage to other prospective clients
• Expected to play the role of Project Manager on some projects
• Supports pre-sales activities
• Fosters a continuous improvement culture enhancing / developing IP and is an active thought leader
Experience Required:
• Extensive experience in Order Management and/or Procurement business process management, supply chain and digital/cloud transformations across multiple industries
• Proven track record in leading multiple business transformations in a consultancy or business management capacity
• Extensive experience in one or more of the following: Order Management and Procurement across multiple companies and industries
• Extensive business-use of, or experience implementing, Oracle ERP and supply chain applications. Oracle Cloud applications is particularly desirable.
• Experience in leading a business or customer through a business process transformation and applying leading change management techniques to address organizational challenges
• Track record of leading and/or project managing major elements of transformational, Order Management and Procurement projects. Proficiency in driving change and acting as a change agent
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills, team-management skills, and client management skills; use of presentation tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or equivalent. Supply Chain certifications are advantageous
