Job description
Mission :
The mission of Pre-sales technical team member is to
1. Deliver high-quality and timely technical support to WinWire's sales team across the entire sales cycle
2. Be a thought leader in identified technology area or industry/domain of their specialization
3. Be a trusted advisor on technology for the prospects and existing accounts/customers
Outcome :
The expected outcome of the TSS role (in order of priority) is as follows:
1. Revenue impact for any identified prospect's opportunities (NN) for the primary technology specialization along with respective sales director
2. Plan to define and deliver at least 5 fully defined solution offerings (for technology specialization) per fiscal year that are aligned to overall market demand and WinWire's business plan
3. Revenue impact for any participation in existing account's opportunities (EN) in reactive manner
4. Achieve the highest level of certification(s) available in the primary technology of specialization

1. Personality & Communication skills - go-getter attitude with an outgoing personality with ability to strike conversations and support on area of technical specialization (Level 400) with prospects and if required with existing customers
2. Planning - Should be able to anticipate, plan and collaboratively work with the sales and delivery teams across all stages of the sales cycle
3. Team Player - Should be able to collaborate with internal WinWire teams from sales and delivery
4. Exec level presentation skills - Should be able to present detailed technology solutions, proposals, and estimations to WinWire & Customer's senior management
5. Strategic thinking - Should be able to think strategically about market opportunities in the area of specialization and present various options to the senior management/exec level
6. Technical skills - Ability learn new technologies at a fast speed and demonstrate the ability thru specific certifications and define offerings contributing to expanding business for that practice
Responsibilities for TSS role Pre-sales Technical Solution Specialist Role
1. Develop an opportunity technical strategy (aligned with OCP from Sales Director)
2. Understand new prospect's domain, technology landscape and strategic technology needs
3. For each opportunity - work thru 10% to 80% sales stage in EN (with ATS) or NN scenarios
4. As required, prepare transition document to delivery for specific projects
5. Assist in delivery engagements for TQA, PoC, assessments (onshore consultant for strategic projects in strategic accounts) or bootstrapping** (for any NN or EN opportunities requiring senior tech expertise) & mentor delivery team members
Offerings
1. Own the planning, definition and/or refinement of offerings in the primary area of specialization
2. Deliver sales enablement sessions for the offerings and assist in positioning it to customers and prospects
3. Develop demos (reusable across team) and PoCs for offerings that can be delivered during presales cycle
Thought Leadership
1. Ensure all relevant certifications achieved for the primary skill set (identified and agreed with pre-sales head)
2. Have a well-defined readiness plan for upcoming technologies
3. Blogs - at least 1 per quarter for your area of offering or skill set
4. Webinar - at least plan 2 webinars in a fiscal year on an advance topic under the area of specialization
