The Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) focus is to provide engineering, technical and programmatic support to the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors (PEO IWS 2.0) Directorate. Efforts include overarching program management, test and evaluation, systems engineering, operations analysis, systems integration, international, cyber security, IT network and programmatic support for over 25 PEO IWS 2.0 advanced radar, phased array radar, electronic warfare, electro-optic, advanced off-board electronic warfare/decoy and directed energy programs.

Responsibilities:
SPA is seeking a dedicated mid or senior-level Product Support Analyst to directly support the PEO IWS 2.0 Product Support Principal Assistant Program Manager.
Responsibilities include assisting the client with Product Support planning, execution, and analysis. Support will include the development and execution of Product Support and acquisition management and strategies programs. You will be tracking and monitoring program risks and developing formal briefs as you work closely with the DOD, field activities, Integrated Product Teams, technical teams, and various other vendors. You will be expected to provide Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) and Human Systems Integration (HSI) knowledge and assist with various Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) / Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) efforts and coordinate future combat system displays projects. This management support will include managing SBIR / STTR Phase I-III contracts, managing requirements development in the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process, development of manpower and training strategies and documentation, development of workload assessments and manpower requirements in accordance with OPNAVINST 1000.16 (series), development of training documentation in accordance with OPNAVINST 1500.76 (series), oversight of related MPT contractual requirements, including development of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Statement of Work (SOW) requirements, oversight and management of Manpower Estimate Reports (MERs) and Navy Training Systems Plans (NTSPs) for all IWS 2.0 systems, and assisting Product Support Managers prepare for Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs), Independent Logistics Assessments (ILAs), Gate Reviews, and other program assessments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years relevant work experience
Ability to obtain and maintain an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance
Desired Qualifications:
Former Surface Warfare Officer / Supply Corps Officer, or similar Navy experience highly desired
Demonstrated Navy Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) and / or Human Systems Integration expertise
Expertise in workload task analysis and development of associated manpower requirements
Understanding of the importance user-centric design and cognitive science in the development of displays / human machine interfaces (HMIs)
Understanding of the Navy budget process
