Responsibilities: Provide Quality Assurance / Continuity of Operations support in a fast-paced and dynamic customer environment with direct involvement in the customers mission. Responsibilities include full project lifecycle support; to include validating project documentation; participation in quality reviews, ability to trace project requirements to project documentation, and monitoring of deliverable status. The candidate will ensure stability of the technical baseline, ensure proper documentation is maintained and meets quality standards for all projects and report issues and concerns to appropriate lead, COR, and customer management in a timely manner. The candidate will be required to ensure a current documentation baseline at the end of each contract year. In addition the candidate will be responsible for COOP related activities for the contract. The candidate will also be required to review and ensure delivery of contract CDRLs in a timely fashion. Qualifications. Required Qualifications: Requires 6 to 8 years with a Bachelors Degree. TS/SCI clearance required. Strong understanding of project lifecycle, awareness of compliance to customer processes. Strong written and oral skills. Expertise in requirements traceability. Experience in the preparation of programmatic artifacts such as Statements of Work (SOW), Gate Reviews, Spend Plans, Schedules, Financial Reviews, etc. Ability to support ongoing efforts including meeting facilitation, logistics, and vendor communication. Experience in an IT environment. Experience developing, maintaining, and exercising COOP, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis Management plans. Desired Qualifications: Customer domain experience. Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up to support the customers needs, multi-task, work autonomously, take the initiative to provide creative alternatives to intractable challenges or systemic problems. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment co-located with multiple contractor and customer teammates. Engineering/Technical background is a plus. #LI-VI1.
