CEI's healthcare client is adding a Remote Business Analyst with Salesforce iCertis experience to their team based out of Pittsburgh, PA.

This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position.

Responsibilities:

The position contributes to the company's success by acting as a bridge between business problems and technology solutions. The Business Systems Analysts role is someone who analyzes organizations, designs their processes and systems, and assesses the business model and potentially its integration with the selected technology. The Business Analyst will be a key leader in improving the quality of the services being delivered. The Business Systems Analyst will support the development of solutions, training material, participate in the customer implementation, and provide post-implementation support. Our ideal candidate will have significant exposure to CLM software implementation, contract management, and documentation of business processes and software requirements over several years.

• Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions across functional departments.
• Creative problem solver who is passionate about learning new technologies and getting to the "why" behind every solution they encounter
• Translate findings of the analyses into professional dashboards or PowerPoint presentations that are appropriate for C-level audiences and other stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and track record of accurate reporting and analysis.
• Ability to communicate and present effectively with coworkers in a variety of roles and levels using a variety of tools, such as MS Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Advanced data analysis and MS Excel skills as evidenced by the ability to analyze data and create complex, customized pivot tables and charts, automatically merge multiple data sets, use lookups, familiarity with array formulas, develop and debug complex formulas.
• Ability to summarize large amounts of information into crisp recommendations and present recommendations to a variety of audiences
• Should possess strong professional expertise and intermediate management skills with the ability to make decisions.

Required Technical Skills:

• Experience implementing or developing features on a CLM instance such as iCertis, Conga CLM, IronClad, or Docusign CLM
• Experience supporting the technical needs of teams such as Sales, Legal, Contract Operations, and Billing within Salesforce and other third-party tools -MINUMUM
• Reporting and data analysis of varying levels of complexity using MS Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, and other data analysis and reporting tools
• Experience in consulting on software implementations involving integrations and customization at large Fortune 1000 companies, preferably with ECM/CLM, CRM, or ERP systems-MINIMUM
• 3+ years working within the Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery methodologies-MINIMUM
• Experience implementing industry best practices like code analysis, unit testing, test automation pipelines using Azure DevOps/VSTS/TFS, security testing using tools like Veracode, performance testing using VS, etc.

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Experience implementing or developing features on iCertis CLM.
• Exposure to contracting or contract management as a Legal professional or knowledge of Contract Management processes and solutions is PREFERRED
