Job description

• Insights Dashboard Build
o Contribute to the design and be the primary developer of the North American Mid-Market Channels dashboard using Analytics Cloud (SAC)
o Contribute to the ongoing development and innovation of the Channels Dashboard including new data views, data sources and overall visualizations
o Maintain a dashboard development project plan to be reviewed on a weekly basis
o Work with leadership to build and maintain a Insights Dashboard Roadmap of future functionality
• Insights Dashboard Maintenance
o Understand all relevant data sources in detail - down to the field level - and be able to communicate their definition and relevance to executives
o Create training documentation for the use of the dashboard
o Maintain dashboard data on a recurring cadence across pipeline, actuals, Partner Benefits Catalogue Usage, Deal Reg and other data sources as required. Ensure data is current and accurate.
o Communicating issues with internal groups to resolve urgent or escalated issues when needed.
o Act as the point of escalation to resolve end user issues with the use of the insights dashboard
• Insights & Analysis:
o Provide consultative guidance to Channels leadership for future dashboard innovations and insights
o Provide effective communication of key insights derived from data views
o Work with leadership to build and develop business insights using SAC AI capabilities
o Assist with requests for ad-hoc reports to support management inquiries into business performance Position Requirements
• Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent experience (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Analytics Cloud
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills, including persuasion and documentation skills
• Ability to think logically and creatively solve problems
• Ability to plan and to prioritize
• Ability to deliver results and meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment
• High personal standard of Customer Service
