About This Opportunity

Responsibilities:

The Sr. Analyst, Waste Operations role will support department leadership objectives to deliver a strategic waste program. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and 7-Elevens 3rd party partners to successfully manage waste services and cost.

Responsibilites Include:

Manage 3rd party partners day to day activity and workstream, while supporting the operations team through escalated service issues.
Identification of potential rightsizing and/or diversion opportunities in support of 7-Eleven's sustainability goals.
Mitigate contamination and overages by leveraging information and coordinating with operations team as needed.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, such as Operations, Accounting, Sustainability, and Finance.
Production of various waste reporting tools to present information to leadership.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors/4 year degree
Experience: 5 years, Waste Conservation/Analytics, Project Management, Retail Operations
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and thorough working knowledge of database concepts and common applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong leadership and time-management skills; the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple, competing priorities to achieve high levels of performance and deliver sustainable results.
