JOB SUMMARY

The Business Analyst provides strategic analysis services to business and delivery partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer s business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, the context in which the business operates, and translate them into technology requirements.

The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end, to identify and address operational and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Business analysts often are custodians of business requirements and product road maps, and act as a liaison between the customer teams and delivery teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience as lead business consult in insurance related transformation or process automation programs Ability to Lead discovery engagements focused on prioritizing process automation use case defining scope estimated headcount Cost Benefit ROM of each project

Work with multiple stake holders business and IT within the organization Engage third party vendors as needed and align to the project needs

Secures resource engagement and manages key stakeholder support

Prepare and take the project for Tollgate at appropriate milestone Knowledge on insurance with appropriate certification

Experience in working handling finance projects Provide regular status reporting to the management and senior stake holders

PREFERRED

  • Transformation engagement experience
  • Should have a round 12 years of experience Should have around 6 years of experience in Insurance domain as a Lead Business consultant Business Architect Should have experience in leading requirements and business solution.
  • Commercial Underwriting
  • Ability to Lead discovery engagements focused on prioritizing process automation use case defining scope estimated headcount Cost Benefit ROM of each project
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills Able to bring clarity in communication
  • Ability to conduct focused discussion with various stakeholders and vendors
