Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for their Call Center. The Senior Manager of the Call Center will be responsible for the leadership, strategy, training, team building, development of KPI's, and data analysis through the utilization of their CRM and other internal tools and data sources. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high volume sales driven Call Center managing teams of 15 to 25 people, as well as working collaboratively with the Marketing Team and Senior Leadership to effectively convert their 3,500 to 5,000 monthly leads into customers. To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Extensive training, development, and management experience in a very active Call Center.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills amongst multiple channels within the organization.
  • Experience utilizing CRM and data analytics to develop KPI's, track results, and determine ROI.
  • Strong positive leadership and team building experience in a sales environment.
  • Willingness to work closely with executive management.
  • Experience with MS Excel and Word, as well as being open to learning additional proprietary software applications and CRM.
  • Position will be remote with 10 - 20% US travel to Call Centers.
