We are looking to work with an experienced Sales Representative (a proven hunter) looking for part-time or full-time sales opportunities. This is a unique opportunity with extremely lucrative compensation potential but the best part is you can make this part-time opportunity based on some extra money or full-time sales-based to build a great salary for yourself. This has the potential for high returns and residual sales. We can get you started with a 30-60-90 plan and by the 3rd sale (avg sale $40-180k), we will give an option to come on as an FRS full-time sales rep with a base, commission, and benefits. If you have prior confirmable sales experience with both hardware and/or software, we can explore options including a potential draw prior to coming on as an FTE but this is reserved for those with solid proven sales experience only and a Rolodex of potential clients to drive sales quickly to start.

Once the sales representative has a prospective customer and registers the deal with FR Solutions, Nutanix assigns a sales representative and pre-sales SE's to cover everything needed to push the sale forward including all pricing estimates, aligning distributors, scoping, technical discussions, etc. FRS is a leader in services for Nutanix and we have highly skilled technical pre-sales resources to help you sell without an in-depth technical knowledge need. If you are strong in technology sales, this is a great opportunity to jump all in and make a lot of money with no caps on what you can make. Sales Compensation Plan

  • Commission-based only to start, work as much or as little as you want. No pressure and remote.
    • Average Deal Size is $40-$180K with larger possible
    • First 2 deals commission = 4%
    • 3rd deal and all others going forward = 7% (we will retro pay you 3% commission on the first two deals you were paid 4% so all deals are 7% commission after deal 3 is sold)
    • Services only sales = 4%
    • Existing logo sales or renewals are paid at a flat rate of 5%
    • Commissions are paid monthly based on receipt of client payment for products or services = net 30 days after the close
    • No Cap on commissions, the sky is the limit and we keep paying as you sell.
  • Free sales training is offered for this opportunity by Nutanix and takes a few hours remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt, hunt, hunt. Need someone that is very strong in hunting for deals and customers, driving them to want Nutanix and come to the table for more.
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads in our CRM (Zoho)
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Qualifications

  • US-Based only - not looking for non-US based sales resources
  • Strong hunter experience in sales
  • Existing technology sales experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Zoho)
