Job description

AAC is seeking a Technical Recruiter to IT personnel supporting DoD and civilian government agencies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience recruiting in the government contracting industry and a demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience performing full life cycle recruiting to identify top talent for time critical requirements and future business needs
  • Work closely with multiple hiring managers to qualify requisitions and ensure that candidate resumes meet outlined requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise with a variety of recruiting tools to include LinkedIn, Job Boards, User Groups, social media, and external Staffing Agencies
  • Complete all required candidate selection process functions within an Application Tracking System (ATS).
  • Capture action items from hiring managers, Directors, and VP's to streamline requisition creation and prioritization
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process including phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
  • Post and manage requisitions within an ATS, across job boards, social media outlets, and external Staffing Agencies (as needed).

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and multitask
  • Strong track record of working independently in an organized and methodical way
  • Proven ability as a self-motivated (proactive), detail oriented, results-driven team player
  • Proficiency with Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
