Title: Sr. IT Recruiter

What You'll Do:

• Define and execute a sourcing strategy to identify top talent by engaging multiple tactics including job marketing, database mining, leveraging social media, attending career events, cold calling, professional networking, etc.
• Determine and manage priorities, leveraging a strong sense of urgency. Communicate with hiring managers via weekly meetings, as well as on an ongoing basis, with phone, email, and video conferencing, adapting to communication preferences to best expedite action items.
• Drive recruiting in an evolving environment with priorities that frequently change. Influence hiring managers to prioritize recruiting, ensuring that the process moves quickly and efficiently through assessment and identification of candidates.
• Prepare requisition for posting in MyNextHire (Applicant Tracking), edit job descriptions to maximize marketing reach, create pre-screen/interview questionnaires, post on internal and external websites and relevant sourcing channels.
• Own individual candidate experience and provide each candidate with a high-touch, personalized talent experience.
• Understand and comply with all hiring policies, legislation, and guidelines.
• Ability to communicate very well with all levels, from individual contributors to executives and C-Suite.
• Exceptional closing and negotiation skills are required
• Partner with key lines of business to stay informed of trends and upcoming hiring needs
• Communicate tactfully, professionally, diplomatically, and confidentially at all times, providing detailed updates regularly
• Have a strong "can do" attitude with a genuine commitment to customer service
• Screen and interview selected qualified candidates using behavioral interviewing methodologies. Assess cultural fit and alignment within the organization.
• Schedule and facilitate candidate interviews with the hiring manager and other designated team members as needed.
• Evaluate recruitment processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency from the application process to the hiring process. Adjust recruitment strategy as needed to deliver optimized results.
• Successfully close candidates on offers and navigate effective onboarding process.
• Other recruiting and HR duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or applicable area preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive responsibility in Talent Acquisition concentrating in IT Recruiting (experience recruiting IT professionals at all levels - developers, engineers, architects in Applications Development, Analytics, etc. and in various technologies such as Oracle, SAP, CRM, .NET, Azure, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.)
• Good working knowledge of recruiting for various IT roles
• Effective time management and prioritization skills. Understanding of business drivers and how to deliver on priority needs quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to approach the position with a consulting mindset
• Experience working with all levels of leadership in an organization, front-line up to senior leaders
• Demonstrated experience facilitating change and driving process improvement
• Ability to influence and offer solutions when issues arise
• Able to understand the big picture in addition to being strategic in nature
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively speak to large groups
