JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist CoreSphere is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be a vital member of our team. This is a multi-functional position that supports multiple departments, with a broad array of responsibilities. If selected, your main responsibilities will include sourcing, interviewing and screening applicants for a variety of roles within CoreSphere. (S)he should have great MS Office skills, strong sourcing abilities and extreme attention to detail. We look to hire one highly intelligent and energetic person who has the aptitude to grow, learn and excel. Basic Qualifications
§ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources or related field
§ 7 + years' experience recruiting/employment experience (government contracting experience is a plus)
§ Strong interviewing skills
§ Experience working with recruiting techniques
§ Track record of handling time sensitive and confidential material Essential Duties and Responsibilities
§ Participate in daily/weekly recruiting and staffing meetings to establish goals
§ Source active and passive candidates through a variety of databases and job boards
§ Post and update positions using online tools
§ Pre-screen candidates
§ Organize and schedule internal technical interviews
§ Maintain pipeline of potential/future candidates
§ Facilitate new hire process including On and Offboarding
§ Plan, schedule and support a wide variety of meetings, training sessions, conferences
§ Ensure all forms of contact are up-to-date
§ Social Media management - Facebook, Twitter, Coresphere.com, etc.
§ Other duties as assigned

§ Ability to generate high quality candidates through cold calling and direct sourcing
§ Strong written and oral communication skills including presentation skills
§ Possesses the ability to adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected shifts in priorities
§ Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
§ Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
§ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
