Trading Platform Implement exp is required

As a Technical Business Analyst, the individual will work closely with clients and colleagues to elicit requirements analyze use cases and design technical solutions to facilitate the implementation of the client Platform. The Technical Business Analyst will partner with client's Sales, Quantitative Development and Financial Engineering teams to scope, analyze and act as SME on client proof of concepts, implementations and internal operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Elicit requirements from business end users, quants & engineers, both client facing and internally, including organizing requirement gathering workshops and deep-dive sessions.
Analyze technical use cases and perform gap analysis to highlight changes required.
Design workflow charts & diagrams and create as-is & to-be specifications.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, considering both the business and architectural perspectives.
Document system and functional specifications for utilisation by engineering teams & forming contracts for client engagements.
Effectively communicate requirements across cross functional teams including clients, engineering, product management, project management & sales.
Develop a deep understanding of the Beacon Platform and how clients may use it to solve gaps in business processes and to consolidate workflows from multiple systems
Contribute to evolution of Project Management Office, sharing and educating on business analysis best practices, documentation and tools
Perform project management activities for low touch projects that range from 1-3months by creating and maintaining a project plan, facilitating client meetings and coordinating resources internally.

Required Skills & Approach:

Minimum 8-10 years of BA experience related to pricing, risk, and trading platform solutions
Keen ability to listen, engage, challenge, and probe clients during requirement gathering exercises to ensure proper translation of requirements and design of future state
Demonstrable record of business analysis and designing technical solutions for a PaaS / SaaS
Experience working closely with development teams to deliver optimal technical solutions
Ability to effectively present technical concepts and methods to non-technical users
Analytical and problem solving mindset, with great attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player, friendly and can adjust to changing priorities with aplomb
Positive attitude with a proven ability to foster relationships with clients and team members
Proactive work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
