Technical Product Owner & Business Analyst

Exciting opportunity to join a progressive and innovative technology company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct interviews and requirement workshops with a cross-discipline team to elicit an understanding of business needs
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and the development team to drive a solution that meets the program level objectives and vision
  • Collaborate directly with Product, Business, and development teams in the creation and maintenance of requirements (Features and User Stories)
  • Refinement of program backlog and preparation/readiness for Program Increment Planning
  • Prioritize and maintain the team backlog
  • Acceptance of user stories completed at the end of each iteration/sprint
  • Ability to mentor offshore Technical Product Owners (TPO), cross-train on application-specific technology stacks, etc.
  • Collaborate across release trains (program level) and value streams (portfolio level)
  • Lead discussions and plan roadmap on large projects with Architecture team for new product and enterprise initiatives
  • Completes all responsibilities as outlined on the annual Performance Plan

This opportunity is a 6-month contract position. You can live anywhere and work 100% remotely. We prefer candidates in the Atlanta or East Coast.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 10 years of business analysis experience
  • 5+ years experience with systems modeling, user interface design and prototyping, decision trees, and data flow
  • Strong experience working on application development projects and working with Developers
  • 3+ years experience in Scrum Agile development
  • Expert knowledge of analysis, documentation, and presentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, etc.
  • Excellent verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills; team player
  • Strong written skills showing the ability to convey functional details accurately in a well-structured and precise manner that describe end-user problems and solutions
  • Proven problem-solving skills, is logical and analytical
  • Ability to learn healthcare domain very quickly
