This is a 100 % Remote Opportunity

PRISM is seeking an IT Recruiter to perform full-cycle recruiting for our current openings.

Jr. Level (1) year of experience working in Federal Contracting as a IT recruiter

Mid to Sr Level (5)+ years of experience working in Federal Contracting as a IT recruiter

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications as required
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job boards, social media, etc
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications against the requirement for qualifications.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes by performing in-depth interviews
  • Support resume repository update actions including coordinating requests for resumes and reviewing employee resumes for completeness
Required Skills and Educations
  • Bachelors Degree min of 1 year of IT recruiting (Jr Level) and 5+ years of experience within recruiting (Mid to Sr. Level)
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and databases
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office, MS Teams, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Knowledge of Boolean strings and other sourcing tools
