IT Recruiter

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experience IT Recruiter to join our team. In this position you will drive the sourcing of candidates, identify and recommend process improvements, partner with your team members in the execution of all of the components of talent acquisition to fill open job requisitions. This position will report to the VP, HR and Compliance and will directly interface with internal stakeholders as well as external candidates.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing talent - identifying the right candidates, get them engaged and manage the full hiring process for your open requisitions, including, but not limited to:
    • Posting job ads
    • Screen resumes and applications
    • Educate candidates about the hiring process and update candidates as they progress through various stages
    • Interview candidates via phone, video conference or in-person
    • Evaluate candidates based on their interview performance
  • Build solid relationships with your hiring teams and serve as an advisor and partner to build solid pipelines of qualified candidates and fill current openings
  • Represent CDI to potential candidates and accurately articulate our company culture, values and expectations
  • Report out on the status of open positions
  • Participate in job fairs and other hiring events as needed
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of solid IT recruiting experience recruiting for all levels of technical and non-technical positions.
  • Proven track record of using hunting mentality to source and fill open positions
  • Solid understanding of full cycle recruiting
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organized and strong follow-up and follow through skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and customer service
  • Professional, business-oriented attitude
