Job description
Title: Vice President Sales/Head of Sales
(Title Commensurate with Experience; Negotiable)
OTE: Commensurate with experience and negotiable.
However, this would be base plus commissions.
The Vice President of Sales oversees Atypical Digital's sales activity and the sales team; meets with major clients, draws up sales reports, designs new and more effective sales strategies, and works to market and promote company products and services. Atypical Digital is an Adobe, Tealium, Microsoft and Google business partner. The Company specializes in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and digital marketing with broad professional services capabilities to include content management, front-end development, architecture, the building of marketing platform services, SEO, PPC, analytics, user experience, and creative services. The ideal candidate must be growth focused with a prior history of closing $10 million - $20 million minimum, plus in professional services annually.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meets with existing clients to discuss a company's products and services.
- Expands all of our existing clients and revenue from clients by 2-3x.
- Acquires Net New logos for the Company and aggressively exceeds sales quotas.
- Works to foster lasting relationships with client base.
- Locates opportunities to expand client base with new business/new logos.
- Networks with prospective clients to persuade them to bring their business to the company.
- Sets specific quarterly or annual sales goals and aggressively attains those goals.
- Oversees the activity of sales associates.
- Draws up sales activity reports.
- Experience and diligent at tracking ALL sales activities in CRM tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
- Works to ensure sales and productivity goals are met and also are exceeded.
- Presents information regarding clients and sales at company meetings.
- Devises new and innovative ways to market products and services.
- Assists in designing marketing and promotional materials both in print and online.
- Conducts independent research into target client base.
- Leads in-house seminars and workshops to help improve the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team.
- Willingness to travel 30-50% as needed post pandemic.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing or Business. Masters a plus.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience leading a professional services sales organization, while maintaining a personal sales quota as well.
- Must have managed a sales team of 10+.
- Documented successful track record of exceeding sales targets in a leadership position.
