Associate Talent Acquisition Supervisor

360 Talent Avenue is a recruitment management consulting firm that specializes in driving efficiency and scalability in talent acquisition. We deliver Recruiting On Demand services for our clients to help them grow their employee workforce in a flexible way. We deliver end-to-end recruitment services, including recruitment marketing, recruiting, onboarding coordination, and leadership support for each of our valued clients.

360 Talent Avenue is currently seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our expanding organization.

Responsibilities

The Associate Talent Acquisition Supervisor will assist with managing the day-to-day operations and communication for respective teams/departments and collaborate with leadership on process changes, recruiter training and onboarding, issues/challenges, strategies & client communication. The Associate Talent Acquisition Supervisor's main objective is to drive results and meet hiring targets through his/her leadership and personal recruitment efforts.

Team Leadership 50%

  • Attend weekly client-facing HM Calls and Team Calls
  • Ensure proper recruiter targets
  • Conduct new hire and ongoing training
  • Assist in training hiring managers as needed
  • Track and measure results against needs and goals; work with Manager to course correct when needed to achieve pre-established interview, offer and hire targets
  • Ensure recruiter productivity SLA is met/exceeded
  • Conduct 1x1 meetings with recruiters

Recruitment 50%

  • Dedicate 50% of weekly schedule recruiting for assigned client departments
  • Works with Senior Talent Acquisition Supervisor to adjust individual recruitment activity as needed based on client targets and team performance

Operational Excellence

  • Works in tandem with leadership team to create, implement and uphold 360 recruiting best practices to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Drives recruiting efforts to successfully meet both individual and team hiring targets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Proven success leading a recruitment team
  • Solar Recruitment experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication, problem solving and creative thinking skills
  • Professional demeanor, and heavy client-facing experience
  • Comfortable speaking to groups and hiring managers
  • Successful track record of employee training and development
  • Strong leadership and relationship building abilities
  • Extremely metrics and performance-oriented mindset
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
