Title: Business Application Administrator - VRV-04

Location: Patrick Space Force Base, FL

Salary: Competitive

Clearance: Secret Required

The candidate should have a good understanding of how web-applications work and the tools used to develop them (doesn't have to be VRV) in order successfully interact with the customer, interact with developers, provide helpdesk support, analyze and gather clear requirements, generate process diagrams, outline problems, document minutes, recommend improvements, conduct training or test applications, etc. SQL experience preferred.

• Provide helpdesk assistance for VisualRV users including accessing VisualRV
  • Establishing/Maintaining accounts
  • Computer configuration
  • Verify and Standardize user-provided account data, e.g. Organization, Email address, Location, etc.
• Develop processes for customers, both government and contractor
  • Interview customers to determine their current, internal processes (if any)
  • Advise customers on VisualRV capabilities, and how they might increase efficiency within processes
  • Capture requirements
  • Create/refine State Diagram
  • Establish participants (Roles and Assignment Codes)
  • Build database-driven process in SQL
    • Data entry in tables
    • Build Functions and Stored Procedures
  • Guide developers in utilizing existing capabilities and consistency of look and feel
  • Establish permissions within process
  • Create SLQ queries for customer use using the VisualRV Report Viewer interface
  • Etc.
• VisualRV troubleshooting
• Brief project status to government/contractor customers
• Keep abreast of organizational/personnel changes that will affect VisualRV
  • Monitor VisualRV-generated email status (NDRs) as a cue to personnel changes
    • Update assignments in VisualRV as personnel move in and out of customer organizations using configurable SQL queries
    • Revoke accounts for personnel who have left positions/employers
  • Maintain Roles and Assignment Codes to be in line with Organizational changes
• Monitor user activity in order to anticipate issues, e.g. errors,
• Produce metrics for activity reports
• Provide VisualRV user training, as necessary
