MEC FS Joint Venture is seeking a part-time General Clerk III for its contract to provide operations and maintenance services at the U.S. Southern Command in Doral, FL.

Requirements:

A minimum of four (4) years of related office administrative experience and a High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.

Duties for the position include.

Typical duties include: operating a multi-line phone system, assisting in a variety of administrative matters; maintaining a wide variety of financial or other records (stored both manually and electronically); verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; compiling information; and handling and adjusting complaints. Must be very comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Maximo CMMS software experience is a plus.

Clearance: Candidates must posses or be able to obtain a security clearance if required.
