HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner plays a vital role in ensuring the functions they partner with are thriving and partnering with others on the people team to ensure we translate business strategy into people and organizational strategy. As a key member of our People team, you will work closely with the Business Leaders on engagement, employee development, DEI, policy, compensation, and performance management initiatives. You'll provide guidance and will have the opportunity to improve and impact every employee's experience at National Flood Services. Using data, combined with sound judgment and creativity, you'll directly influence the growth & scaling of our organization. We're looking for an innovative person to help us continue to build a best in class team in a fast-moving environment.

You will grow with our team, but first you should have:

• 2+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience
• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience preferred
• Preferred SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
• Preferred experience working in an organization that operates as an AAP/OFCCP compliant employer
• Proven ability to diagnose problems with strategic thinking skills, as well as drive appropriate solutions with tactical actions
• Strong HR project management skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
