Description:
-Abstracts all new leases and amendments; complete abstract packages for review. -Responsible for Certificate of Insurance (COI's), invoice payments, and W9's -Will be responsible for all vendor communication and maintenance -Sets up and maintain leases in property management software -Coordinates all move-ins and move-outs with property managers -Sets up and maintain pass through worksheets for Common Area Maintenance and Real Estate Taxes -Prepares and process bill adjustments -Prepares account reconciliations -Calculates percentage rent charges where appropriate -Input cash receipts in property management software. Follow standard operating procedure for monthly rent collections. -Maintains correspondence with tenants regarding rent changes, budget adjustments and outstanding account balances. -Works with Property Managers to research and evaluate outstanding issues related to tenant accounts, including Common Area Maintenance expenses and budget analysis

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-2+ years of commercial real estate experience with accounting, AP, invoices, COI's etc. -MUST HAVE experience with Certificates of Insurance (COI's), AP, and vendor management -Strong MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) -Experienced with real estate specific systems (Yardi, MRI, etc.) -Accounting knowledge/experience (AP required) -Experience interfacing with clients regularly
