Summary:

This role will primarily support our Digital Customer Experience function, with secondary responsibilities in Automotive Digital Retailing applications. This Business Analyst will serve as part of a team of Marketing and IT Subject Matter Experts responsible for delivering high quality customer-facing digital experiences.

The ideal candidate for this role will be comfortable moving between the product owner, 3rd party technology providers, and internal business stakeholders, as this role requires flexibility between each of those disciplines. This position brings value to the organization through the thought leadership, data acumen, process design, business partnership, and collaboration with our development team. We are looking for a candidate that enjoys unwinding data as much as they enjoy facilitating business requirements workshops.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborate with business partners to define and document business requirements.
• Work with solution architect to convert approved business requirements into functional/technical specifications to be handed off to development staff.
• Define success criteria and create and execute test plans for new features and functions across our digital customer experience.
• Conduct ad-hoc data exploration and research on net-new systems and existing applications to support feasibility analyses.
• Lead Quality Assurance Testing and User Accepting Testing with developers and testers - Identify, document and track issues through resolution.
• Assist Project Managers with assessing project level of effort, resource planning, risk management and scope containment.
• Provide operational support for production issues arising in the digital customer experience ecosystem. Work with various IT teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Assess severity/priority of production issues, determine business impact, and communicate progress during resolution.
• Work with business and IT partners to understand different approaches to delivering a best-in-class digital customer experience through various 3rd party tools and applications.
• Facilitate and aid in the gathering of analytics and KPIs for strategic web initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of demonstrated business analysis experience, delivering cross functional projects. Experience within the automotive industry is strongly preferred.
• Ability to coordinate and lead peers through requirements, design, and testing process.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with and translating between technical and non-technical team members at all levels of the organization.
• Strong documentation skills required.
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring high data quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects as well as application maintenance and support.
• Experience delivering projects using SDLC. Exposure to both Waterfall and Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, comfortable with shifting priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related concentration
• Experience with Analytics tools - SSAS, SSRS, SAS, Tableau, Alteryx, & Google Analytics
• Awareness of Cloud Tools and Data platforms - AZURE, Snowflake, AWS
• Strong Excel skills - Macros, VBA, Advanced Formulas
• PMI-BA, IIBA, or other accredited Business Analysis certification or coursework is a plus.
