Northrop Grumman has an opening for a Program Integration Officer / Sr. Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Kennedy Space Center, Florida.

Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities include formulating and enforcing work standards, supervising work, resolving conflicts, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes and goals of the organization to subordinates.
Experience in leading teams composed of administrative and technical professionals who have been involved in analyzing, designing, integrating, training, testing, documenting, implementing and maintaining complex systems and/or processes.
Directs mission operations; collaborates with Program Integration Managers, Program Planning and Control Office Manager, and Associate Contractors to integrate and de-conflict all operations and maintain a program-wide operations schedule; and conduct daily stand-up operations briefings.
De-conflict schedules in accordance with priorities established by customers and programs to assure the highest priority work is accomplished in the most efficient manner.
Task all functions to support scheduled work through the Program Planning and Control Office tools.
Basic Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree with 10 years' experience in engineering or technical field including 5 years minimum experience managing a program(s) or large project(s).
Senior Manager level experience integrating complex programs across technical, cost, and schedule requirements.
Detailed understanding of NASA policies and processes related to human spaceflight.
Detailed understanding of NASA Kennedy Space Center Operations.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

A Master's degree with 15 years' experience in engineering or technical field including 10 years' experience managing a program(s) or large project(s).

Salary Range: 118484 - 177726

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
