Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact to assigned Brokers & Account Executives throughout the loan process.
- Develop strong relationships with assigned Brokers; work with internal Account Executives to deepen client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Conduct daily review of active pipeline and identify appropriate client follow-up actions.
- Deliver rapid responses to loan status inquiries including Underwriting, Processing, and Funding inquiries.
- Review all documents prior to submitting to underwriting to ensure conditions are met.
- Organize, index, and evaluate imaged documents via Encompass.
- Work closely with the underwriter and funding team to move loans through the process and successfully close loans on target dates.
- Proactively communicate the status of loans with Customers, Brokers, Account Executives, Underwriters, and Funders.
- Adhere to all applicable policies and procedures, governing regulations, including compliance.
- Identify and resolve issues and escalate to management as appropriate.
- Additional related duties may be assigned, as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of recent Wholesale Account Management experience.
- Wholesale Mortgage lending experience preferred.
- Non-QM is a plus!
- Experience with both purchase and refinances is preferred.
- Exceptional organization skills, ability to manage 60+loan pipeline and meet product-specific turn time and SLA requirements.
- Superior Internal and external customer service skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner in both verbal and written form.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
- Ability to identify potential hurdles and proactively address them to ensure closing dates are met.
- Ability to work independently, stay focused, and outperform expected minimum requirements.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience working in a remote environment.
