Position Overview
Verra Mobility is seeking an exceptional Business Development and Alliance Management leader within the Commercial Services business unit. In this role you will be responsible for identifying new areas of growth for our business via strategic partnerships as well as building relationships with key alliance partners. Specifically, you will bring new business opportunities to the leadership team that meet our strategic priorities and provide strong business enhancement. Additionally, we operate our business with key alliance partners in both the private and government sectors. Nurturing these relationships, as well as identifying opportunities for us to bring them additional value, will be critical for this role. You will also work closely with Verra Mobility's Chief Strategy Officer to support the evaluation of inorganic business opportunities and their fit for our business.

* Establish and implement a process for partnership identification and progression
* Key contributor to the strategy process
* Alliance Management
* Establish and develop partnerships with top priority tolling authorities and industry associations
* Mature existing business relationships with strategic partners driving mutually beneficial outcomes
* Conduct quarterly meetings to insure alignment of goals and performance
* Inorganic Growth
* Point person to work with the corporate strategy when evaluating inorganic business opportunities
* Support integration efforts when necessary

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology required; Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
* Minimum 12 years managing complex, global partnerships and / or alliances in industrial IoT, cloud &SaaS business required
* Previous experience in tolling, telematics is highly preferred
* Proven track record of successful partnership creation and management globally
* Define and implement structured process for partnership management and measurable business outcomes
* Significant experience with business process outsourcing (BPO) business models and partnerships required
* Substantial M&A experience - Identification, evaluation, integration required
* Collaboration with corporate strategy and the Government Solutions business when required
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Strong business acumen
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
* Proven ability to function both as an individual contributor and member of a cross-functional team
* A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standard
* Travel required (50%+)
