Overview

The Recruiter, Distribution Support will deliver full life-cycle recruitment for hourly hiring needs at multiple locations and across multiple shifts to meet and exceed recruitment goals and hiring manager expectations using market-specific recruiting, social media networking, passive candidate contact and other sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

* Drives recruiting activities including, but not limited to, sourcing candidates, interviewing and evaluating candidate fit, and facilitating a positive candidate experience

* Partners with hiring managers to gain thorough understanding of hiring needs

* Creates and coordinates internal and external job postings

* Utilizes social media and other networking resources, including on-site recruiting fairs, for all facets of sourcing process

* Manages recruitment process by initiating and submitting all required forms and letters; ensures candidates receive applicable paperwork throughout hiring process

* Maintains candidate tracking and status in on-line applicant tracking system

* Schedules interviews with hiring managers

* Facilitates pre-employment processes including assessments, background checks and drug screens

* Assists in developing and maintaining recruiting procedures, and other related materials

* Travels to Saddle Creek locations to support recruiting start-ups, and location specific recruiting needs

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree preferred

* 5 + years of hourly recruiting experience; preferably in a warehouse environment

* Bilingual a plus

Skills and Abilities:

* Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, HR business partners, and hiring managers to ensure a successful hiring and on-boarding process

* Proven ability to successfully meet deliverables and excel in a fast paced, challenging environment

* Effective interpersonal and presentation skills

* Ability to speak confidently about the company's business and strategic visions

* Experience with a wide variety of sourcing vehicles including internet sourcing/advertising, direct sourcing, and social media

* Demonstrated proficiency in use of the internet, Social Media, Applicant Tracking Systems, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

* Must have attributes of a dedicated and resourceful self-starter that can deliver results

* Flexibility to work some nights and weekends in support of recruiting needs
