Administrative Assistant, Human Resources (HR) Department


  • Location: Boca Raton, Florida
  • 100% in-office role (no remote work opportunities)
  • Compensation: $50,000 to $55,000 base salary and comprehensive benefits


Summary for Administrative Assistant:


Primary responsibility to answer Company's main multi-line switchboard during assigned shift. Answers inquiries or directs inquires to appropriate parties. Provides administrative assistance / support to Human Resources team.


  • Assume Reception duties, greet public and refer them to appropriate staff members, answer phone and route calls as appropriate with a high level of customer service and positive demeanor
  • Maintain recruiting calendar; coordinate, schedule, and arrange meetings on behalf of the Human Resources team
  • Compose original correspondence, documents, reports and presentations as directed; edit for clarity
  • Sort, review and manage mail appropriately


Qualifications for Administrative Assistant:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; high school diploma required
  • Experience: Requires two (2) or more years of administrative experience. Requires professional experience in working with senior-level executives within and outside the company, as well as customers, vendors, visitors, and others.
  • Technology: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Very strong organizational, critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality on all levels at all times
