RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst II in Boca Raton, FL. Summary: The Senior Compensation Analyst serves as an internal consultant to all levels of the organization and contributes to the administration of executive, exempt and non-exempt compensation programs for the client. This role assists and facilitates in the implementation and administration of broad-based and incentive compensation programs and policies, compensation structures, and system changes to support company strategic plan ensuring equitable compensation. The Senior Compensation Analyst plans, coordinates and manages compensation projects from research to implementation, conducts market pricing and internal equity studies and participates in surveys. This role is highly technical and performs complex research, statistical analysis, reporting. Interfaces and develops positive working relationships with internal customers.

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Business or related discipline; MBA preferred, CCP desirable
  • Minimum of four years of progressively responsible compensation work experience in a multi-location environment
  • Proven experience developing base, variable, and sales compensation programs
  • Excellent PC skills, including spreadsheet and database application (Excel and Access)
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Oracle HCM Cloud experience a plus
