Position Summary:
As the Director of Strategic Talent Acquisition Programs, you will drive the implementation and achievement of strategic recruiting pipelines and project initiatives that support ADT and ADT Commercial talent priorities. Serving as the subject matter expert for diversity, campus and military recruiting, this role will be responsible for building high quality, diverse, pipelines of talent to ultimately hire future leaders for the company. Core to this role's success is the ability to build long- and short-term plans to engage untapped talent, deliver against annual hiring goals, and scale initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with key stakeholders to drive best-in-class diversity, campus and military recruiting practices and strategies.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategies for diversity, campus and military recruiting for ADT and ADT Commercial, with focus on delivering meaningful and measurable results that scale across the enterprise.
  • Ensure programmatic talent strategies meet the organization's talent goals and hiring plans, set calendar of events, timelines, and activities as well as delegate responsibilities to hiring teams to ensure proper participation
  • Design, lead and measure new multi-channel approaches for sourcing passive and active candidates related to diversity, campus and military recruitment programs.
  • Build partnerships with external organizations to help build talent pipelines and result in employer brand awareness regarding career opportunities at ADT and ADT Commercial.
  • Partner with ADT's Business Employee Resource Groups (BERGs) and leverage external networks to drive referrals to career opportunities.
  • Actively develop plans to deliver a best-in-class in campus and military recruiting program, including employment brand development and promotion, exceptional candidate experience, and active communication with campus and military partners
  • Organize and plan diversity, military and campus events (career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews, mixers and other company-sponsored events)
  • Partner with key stakeholders to provide a robust internship experience by directly managing all aspects of program delivery
  • Partner with appropriate business partners to ensure that continued candidate engagement pre and post hire
  • Compile, analyze, and report on demographics, trends and key metrics for diversity, campus and military recruitment to track progress and identify opportunities for further development of new and innovative recruitment strategies
  • Build and manage a team of sourcers and specialists who will actively work toward continuing to build the company's talent pipelines.

Education and Experience:

  • 8+ years in a leadership role with success in partnering with stakeholders across an organization
  • 5+ years building end to end talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, assessment, process optimization, and technology to achieve scale.
  • 5+ years experience in diversity sourcing and inclusive hiring practices
  • 2+ year building out a programs team and engaging effectively with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver agreed upon results
  • Expertise in early career talent/campus recruiting programs
  • Expertise in military and transitioning veteran recruitment strategies
  • Strong analytical abilities to identify root causes and build sustainable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
