We offer end-to-end specialty-specific solutions from practice management, through EMR to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) that help our clients maximize their efficiencies.

Modernizing Medicine is seeking to hire a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for various financial activities, including forecasting, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

Your Role

• Assist in budget & forecasting process, and standard reporting cadence.
• Build award-worthy financial models and communicate results clearly and succinctly.
• Play an integral part in the monthly/quarterly close process.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting, budgeting, and modeling processes.
• Work closely with the accounting and sales operations team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
• Be a storyteller - use financial results and metrics to tell the story behind them.
• Identify ways to improve profitability, vector growth, and propose operational improvements to managers and business partners.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions.
  

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required; Master's Degree in Finance or Business, preferred.
• 4+ years of finance experience and a minimum of two years in a Financial Analyst role.
• Advanced Excel (i.e., Index, Pivot Tables, H/Vlookups) and presentation skills.
• Excellent organization skills - with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of G-suite and NetSuite (preferred).
• Prior enterprise sized SaaS/tech experience is required.
• Self-starter with legendary interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business partnering skills and collaboration across multiple departments.
• Ability to update reports/dashboards and provide analysis.
• Business Intelligence software (Adaptive, Qlik, DOMO, etc) preferred.
