Springbig recently launched a new platform, Brands by Springbig. This is also a SaaS platform, and it allows cannabis brands to collaborate with our dispensary clients to send engaging SMS campaigns to the dispensary's database of consumers. A brand can use this platform to place an advertisement on top of hundreds of thousands of text messages and drive their products' sell-through like never before! This gives brands direct access to consumers in a way they've never had before and an unprecedented reporting on campaign attribution.

Our headquarters are in Boca Raton, FL where the majority of our 160 employees are located, and we have additional office locations in Seattle, WA and Toronto, Canada.

What will I be working on?

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and projection along with ad-hoc projects as they inevitably arise in a growth organization. You will be part of a small, dynamic finance and accounting team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Working with the CFO and other executive level team members you will be establishing and evaluating financial plans, identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement. You will also be coordinating with other members of the team to review financial information and developing and overseeing financial models, budgets and forecasts.

Requirements:

* Must have 8+ years in Finance/Accounting experience, preferably with some direct experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis role.
* Must have previous SaaS Industry experience.
* Must have strong communication skills.
* Experience working with CPA firm preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Coordinating with the CFO and other members of the executive team to review financial information and forecasts.
* Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
* Exploring investment opportunities, establishing and evaluating financial plans.
* Preparing and maintaining financial models, forecasts and budgets.
* Analyzing current and past financial data and performance.
* Preparing reports, creating spreadsheets and projections based on this analysis.
