St. Andrews Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our HR & Recruitment Coordinator position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Boca Raton, FL.

In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of the onboarding process and post-offer testing for new hires in conjunction with the department managers. Responsible for initial recruiting efforts at the community, including applicant tracking system (ATS) management, job postings, job fairs, sourcing of candidates, initial screening and interview scheduling. Serves as the community's benefits designee for educating employees enrolling in benefits and for answering basic benefit questions.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years' related work experience; or by completing an undergraduate degree in human resources, business, or a related concentration along with 6 months of experience
