Summary:
As a Marketing Specialist in ADT's Talent Acquisition Department, you'll play an important part of conveying ADT's employer brand by helping tell our "Why ADT" story. You'll be responsible for developing, executing, and reporting recruitment marketing efforts through paid and organic social media platforms, e-mail marketing, job boards, and more. You'll provide creative direction to curate content, helping attract talent through strategic marketing campaigns and being the liaison between exciting new vendor partnerships.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Partner with vendors and cross-functional partners to create meaningful and authentic content that supports ADT's EVP.
• Refresh content across ADT's career site, Indeed, Glassdoor, ADT careers social media channels and more.
• Fulfill asset requests from multiple business units to provide meaningful content for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Stay abreast in recruitment marketing, employer brand, and digital media trends to bring new and innovative ideas to the table.
• Assist with generating reports for various campaigns, analyzing the data and suggesting opportunities for improvement.
• Other duties as assigned, which could include blog writing, career fair management, etc.

Compensation :

The pay range for this role is $55,000- $69,600 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years' experience in managing and publishing content on corporate social media channels.
• 2+ years' experience in copywriting and/or genuine storytelling
• 1+ years' of graphic design experience
• 1+ years' of experience in recruitment marketing / employer brand space and understanding the talent landscape
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Working knowledge of content management systems for website development
• Ability to deliver time-sensitive projects by successful prioritization and managing time
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
