Your Next Career Opportunity - Senior Human Resources & People Analytics Analyst
The Senior Human Resources & People Analytics Analyst will create, collect, compile, analyze and interpret a variety of key HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to illustrate impact and make recommendations related to a variety of HR related matters, including but not limited to: strategic initiatives, recruitment, retention, performance management, continuous improvement, and legal compliance. The role will also be accountable for providing primary analytical support to the Senior HR Leadership Team for a wide range of HR programs and policies, and will assist in the implementation and administration to support business strategies.
What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities
- Collects and compiles HR and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS), management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors' practices, and other sources.
- Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, engagement, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
- Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics (KPI's).
- Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture, including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain team members, to address talent acquisition issues, and to maintain legal compliance.
- Leverages data to facilitate implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives.
- Responsible for completing and analyzing annual compliance reports such EEO1 Component, Vets4212 along with reviewing the annual AAP.
- Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- May conduct or assist with conducting classification audits to ensure that jobs are properly classified as exempt or nonexempt.
- May assist HR leadership with staffing, recruiting, and departmental budgets.
- May guide and/or assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
What You'll Need - Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field required, or the equivalent combination of education and HR experience;
- and 5+ years of relevant HR Analyst experience.
- Proficient performing in-depth and complex analytical work and problem-solving.
- Proficient with HRIS and similar employee management software. UKG and UKG Business Intelligence experience preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
