Job description

Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst/Developer to work on a contract position with one of our clients located in Boca Raton, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Configuring, supporting, and maintaining ServiceNow
• System support in an agile manner and translating "tech talk" to end users
• Planning for and responding to incidents, HR cases and ServiceNow stories
• Scripting and programming
• User administration (security and access)
• Develop and document processes and procedures
• Train HR staff and end-users on the system
• Guide HR on best practice for utilizing the HRSD module to its fullest capability
• Analyzes the needs of end-users and recommends solutions
• Monitors system performance and troubleshoots issues
• Develop standards, and system documentation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
• HR system implementation experience a plus
• Strong understanding of database design, structure, functions and processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
• Must maintain confidentiality at all times
• Strong analytical skills
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Superior client service and client relations skills
• Detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
• Team player with strong time management skills
• Ability to work overtime when necessary
• Bachelor's degree preferred
