Job description

Position Summary:

The Office Clerk will be responsible for providing office and administrative support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mail and Courier Services - Sort and distribute mail, assist with outgoing mail and courier, receive all incoming mail and packages
  • Stock and organize supply and pantry areas throughout the office.
  • Stock and organize Corporate Services Room, assist staff with supply requests
  • Meeting room set up/ clean up - Work with maintenance assistance and meeting organizer to ensure meeting rooms/training rooms are properly set up and cleaned up
  • Basic administrative assistance to Office Manager and EA's when required, reception coverage when required

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to multitask under strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
