Job description

Dispatcher / Customer Service
$ 15/hr
Schedule: 11:00am to 8:00pm or 9:00pm (until whenever work is completed for evening)
Thursday through Monday Employee will work in a dispatch / customer service office in a retail warehouse handling all calls between customers and delivery drivers.
Duties include taking all incoming phone calls from the customers and drivers, as well as making phone calls to keep track of scheduling.
All calls will be related to customer order deliveries as well as exchanges, and making these arrangements.
Responsibilities also include logging all call information into a custom dispatch database.
Applicants must have used basic computer systems like Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for data entry.
Employees must have excellent phone communication skills as well as an outgoing personality.
Bilingual English / Spanish Preferred.
